Cub Scout Uniform Insignia Placement (2025 Update)
Right Sleeve

U.S. Flag Emblem: Pre-sewn on all new uniforms, positioned at the top of the right sleeve.

Den Number: Centered directly below the U.S. Flag Emblem.
Left Sleeve

Council Shoulder Patch: Aligned with the sleeve seam, curved edge matching the shoulder.

Unit Numerals: Centered directly below the Council Shoulder Patch.
Left Pocket
- World Crest Emblem: Required for all uniforms. Worn above the left pocket, centered between the shoulder seam and the top of the pocket.
- World Crest Ring (optional): Encircles the World Crest Emblem.
- Cub Scout Rank Emblems: Lion, Tiger, Wolf, and Bear rank emblems form a diamond shape on the left pocket. The Webelos emblem does not complete the diamond and is worn centered on the left pocket instead.
- Arrow of Light Emblem: Worn below the left pocket on the tan Scouts BSA uniform, signifying the transition from Cub Scouts to Scouts BSA.
Right Pocket
