Update for Advancement Materials or Products

To make things easier for you, we are available for advancement orders online.

 

Curbside Pick-Up

Many National Scout Shops can now take your Advancement Order – and even provide curbside pick-up. In most cases, they will contact you within the next business day to process your payment and make arrangements for pick-up.

Please pick your nearest National Scout Shop location and use the Scout Shop Order Request Form to place your Advancement Order for curbside pick-up.

Direct Ship

If you are not close to a National Scout Shop & require advancement materials or products shipped directly to you, please follow the following steps:

  1. Unit Leaders can email the Advancement report to NDCSupply.Orders@scouting.org.
  2. Please include a contact phone number for our Customer Service team to contact for payment
  3.  A Customer Service team member will contact the Unit Leader for credit card information, shipping, and billing information, along with verifying the correct Council and Advancement.
  4. Advancement orders will be shipped to the individual placing the order.

    The Advancement Orders will include shipping costs and will take 1-2 days for processing, in addition to the typical shipping time of 5-7 days for Ground Shipping.
