The Sea to Summit X-Set 31 Cookset includes one 2.8-liter X-Pot, two 22 fluid-ounce X-Bowls, and two 16.2 fl. oz. X-Mugs. The X-Pot features a durable hard-anodized aluminum base that allows a fast boil time. The X-Bowls and X-Mugs feature flexible food-grade silicone walls that collapse, minimizing the space they take up in your pack. The X-Mugs and X-Bowls nest inside the X-Pot to create a compact cookset. This cookset's tall, flexible silicone walls make stirring easy while cooking. The X-Pot includes a translucent lid that gives visibility to what's cooking and a handy built-in strainer. The food-grade nylon bases on the X-Bowls are tough enough to double as cutting boards while prepping meals. Flexible walls let you accurately pour liquid from the cups and bowls into another container, while the rigid, reinforced nylon rings keep the rims sturdy for spill-free drinking. X-Mugs have internal gradient markings to help you measure the contents. The silicone handles on the X-Pot are designed to secure the lid to the pot only during transport. Be careful, as attaching them to the lid during cooking will cause damage to the lid. FOOD GRADE HEAT RESISTANT SILICONE
Like all materials used in Sea to Summit cookware/tableware products, the heat-resistant silicone used in the X-Series is BPA-free. It is certified to both EU and FDA food grade standards, which signifies very low absorption of external materials. It is also heat resistant to 440ºF and doesn't crack in the cold.
