The Quartermaster Award is the highest rank in Sea Scouting and is awarded to Scouts who complete a number of requirements in addition to showing dedication and leadership. All in sterling silver, a nautical compass atop a ship wheelbase features the Sea Scout logo in the center. The medal is suspended from a blue ribbon with a sterling silver bar featuring a Venturing knot.
