This 3'' Round Emblem honors Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Sea Scouts, Venturers, and Adult Leaders who have earned the International Spirit Award by completing the requirements, have gained a greater knowledge of International Scouting, and have developed a greater appreciation and awareness of different cultures and countries. This Circular Emblem has a white border containing the words "International Spirit Award." It includes the World Crest Scout emblem on the top and the U.S. flag on the bottom.
