The Wood Badge Tartan Neckerchief is a woven neckerchief made of 35% cotton and 65% polyester. It features a Wood Badge tartan patch and can be worn over or under the collar and it is recommended that a troop wears all one way to stay uniform (pun intended). When engaged in Scouting activities, members may wear the neckerchief with appropriate non-uniform clothing to identify themselves as Wood Badge achievers.
